How do I submit my names?

Use the form on the Domain Submissions page. Use the drop down menu under ‘select number of domains’ to chose how many names you want to submit (max 5). Please fill in the domain name, target sale price and floor price for all names. The pricing is just there to give us a guide and a feel for your expectations, we will always aim to sell at the highest price and as a domain owner you are the only party able to accept an offer. 

How do I register as a broker?

We work with a small group of brokers, this helps us to offer a quality service to domain owners. However, there will be times when we are looking to add to this group so please use the email address on the Contact page to tell us a bit about yourself. 

What does your name approval process look like?

We are looking for names in the .com extension only. Names should have clear end user potential. We specialise in names with a retail price from $10k up to mid five figures. Submitted names are assessed and owners receive confirmation on which names have been approved. Approved names go forward to broker stage.

How will I receive names to broker?

We contact our approved brokers via email, we look to match names with a broker on a name by name basis. 

How do I connect with a broker?

Broker Booth manage the broker process for you, we act as the middleman and manage broker communications, this keeps things simple for you. We will notify you of any offers over your floor price. We are happy to support you with the negotiations and decision making too. 

How do I connect with a domain owner?

Broker Booth manage the domain owner relationship enabling brokers to concentrate on selling names. We also manage the escrow process when a sale is made leaving you to focus on selling names and not spending time on administration.  

What is covered in the agreement?

Our terms are based on standard domain name broker terms covering areas such as: broker fee, exclusivity, period of agreement, pricing, payments etc. Broker Booth Terms & Conditions can be found alongside the domain submission form on the Domain Submissions page. Our terms should answer most questions but if you have any more please just contact us.

What fees do Broker Booth charge?

Broker Booth fees are 18% of the final sales price. Further details can be found in our Terms & Conditions on the Domain Submissions page. Broker Booth fees do not include the escrow charges which need to be covered by the buyer or seller.

Summary Of The Process

Owners submit a maximum of 5 names to Broker Booth using the form on the Domain Submissions page. Names should have a minimum retail value of $10,000.

Owners will need to accept Broker Booth Terms & Conditions if they want to use Broker Booth to sell their name(s)for brokering. 

Broker Booth review all submissions and confirm back to the owner which names are going through to broker stage.

Broker Booth work closely with our brokers to match names, we do not guarantee we can match all names with a broker but the vast majority will be matched.

Once a name is matched the broker starts their outreach to end users. Broker Booth communicate to the owner any offers received above the floor price. 

When an offer is accepted by the owner, Broker Booth will open up an escrow transaction and oversee payment management until the transaction is officially closed. Broker Booth do not cover escrow fees, these need to be settled by the buyer or seller as decided by the seller.
